Manatuto Renewables Power, S.A. (MRP) is a consortium of EDF Power Solutions and ITOCHU Corporation, developing a combined Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Laleia, Manatuto, Timor-Leste — backed by a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with EDTL, E.P., the national utility.
